WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final--except in the case of damaged items received (see below). We have done our best to accurately represent the color of all items, but monitors can display colors differently. Please review the size, color and description for items before you purchase. Select items that are handcrafted may differ slightly from the sample photo, but we assure they will be just as special.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM--WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize if you receive any damaged items with your order. We understand this is a huge disappointment, but we will exchange any items received damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, you must complete the following steps within 24 hours of receiving it; otherwise, we will not be able to processed a refund or return. Send an email to email@example.com with "DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL - Order #XXXXX" as the subject line. Include a picture of the item and box in which it arrived. Most orders are insured by the USPS or UPS; however, making claims can be a difficult process, so let's work together. We guarantee your satisfaction and quick resolution to any issues.
